UGLI Monthly Resources
MAY
Celebration, Reflection & Community
FOCUS
Celebrating accomplishments, reflecting on growth, recognizing student leaders, and preparing for the future.
Why This Matters
Reflection helps students recognize the impact they have made throughout the year while celebrating the relationships, traditions, and memories they have created together. Ending the year intentionally also helps prepare future student leaders to continue the club's work.
GOALS
By the end of the month, students should:
Celebrate accomplishments.
Reflect on personal and club growth.
Recognize acts of kindness and leadership.
Prepare for next year's club.

QUICK TIP
Take time to celebrate the small moments. Often, the greatest impact of an UGLI Club is seen in the relationships students built throughout the year—not just the events they organized.
